One of my favorite options has to be Japanese. There are a lot of Japanese restaurants to pick from around Orlando, but Ginza is one of my all-time favorites. The food is delicious and the prices are super reasonable. A Google search describes Ginza as a "wood-trimmed hibachi grill with interactive cooking, combo meals & a sushi bar with bento boxes".
